The Paddocks boasts everything you could possibly need for a family-friendly holiday! There are 5 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and ready to welcome up to 10 guests. The master bedroom is on the first floor, all other bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The house is spacious with fenced-in lawns at the front and the rear of the property with a sunken trampoline for the children to expend their energy! There is private parking for several cars. The stylish interior and close proximity to coastal villages, beaches and Kingsbridge town makes this property the perfect location for all.
The large dining room with additional sun room creates the perfect place to relax and entertain. The sun room has patio doors to the front terrace and garden.
