The Cozy Cottage is an updated farmhouse with two bed rooms, a well equipped kitchen and two living /family rooms. Summary: Great location! Just one mile from downtown which was so convenient for VT football games. Great place to stay for all VT sports. My husband actually walked back to the Cozy Cottage after a basketball game. We stayed 2 full months Sept -Nov and Curtis was readily available every step of the way for any of our questions. We loved the porch sunset views and enjoyed reading out there catching the sunshine as well. Kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to have home cooked meals and all appliances worked well including the full size washer and dryer. There was every convenience like a place to hang your keys, flashlight by the bed, nightlights perfectly placed and so many supplies from kitchen items to cleaning supplies. Also we were so close to restaurants and everything Blacksburg has to offer but away from the Main St traffic on game days. We could not have picked a better location. I loved che hardwood floors in most of the house. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage.
