Although essentially ground floor, it is above the basement flat and has breathtaking Southerly views across the Royal Park towards the rock features known as Arthurs Seat and Salisbury Crags. A pleasant 10 minute stroll through the park from the seclusion of this luxury flat takes you to the attractions of the historic old city of Edinburgh - Holyrood Palace ( the Queen's Residence in Edinburgh ) the Scottish Parliament, Dynamic Earth and the Royal Mile.
