Situated just 2 miles from the South Downs and 3 miles from the seafront, it is an ideal base for hiking, cycling and exploring this lovely part of the country. The perfect place to stay for all Goodwood events and within walking distance of Fontwell Races, local shops, pubs and restaurants. NB: Bunk Bed Safety, Max 100kg per bunk, RoSPA recommends that children under the age of six years do not use the upper bunk , Parents should also consider very carefully whether allowing a child younger than six to sleep on the bottom bunk is safe for them.
