The Space:
Experience the pinnacle of modern mountain living at our exquisite retreat. Our modern mountain homes offer the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and adventure. With this listing, you will be receiving a "twofer" with 2 listing located in 1.
The main house consist of 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, while the bungalow consist of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. This gives you all of the space needed for that large family gathering sleeping up to 18 people. The star of the show is the large, open kitchen in the main home. The kitchen features a 12 foot island, a beautiful Italian imported stove, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a wet bar in the kitchen that has instant hot water for all of your tea and coffee needs. The bungalow has a full kitchen as well, so two fully furnished kitchens for the price of one? Yes please!
The main house has a sizeable master bedroom with a king bed, a private balcony, and master bathroom. There are 5 other bedrooms, making this the best choice for a large family wanting space.
The bungalow features a queen-size memory foam bed, desk for the work-from-homers, couch that folds down to a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and full bathroom with a washer and dryer.
Newly added to the main house is a game room featuring a pool table and other fun games! There is also a gym available located in the garage.
Once you step out onto our spacious outdoor deck at the main house, you will immerse yourself in the beauty of Utah's serene nature. The deck features an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and a ton of seating. The bungalow also features a private balcony with outdoor seating as well! These areas are perfect for that sunrise coffee and sunset dinner time.
Looking to work from home? The house's internet is faster than a downhill skier! You can also find work spaces located in both homes!
The best part, we are located close to downtown, near many of the ski resorts of Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley. We are also a few miles from Hiller Airforce Base! Don't forget to ask us about our Military Discount.
Alpine Bliss is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to shopping and dining, and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac backed up to nature. The neighbors behind are turkey and deer that you just might spot during your stay ;)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the weight room/gym, entire deck and patio, main house, and bungalow. The driveway fits 2 cars, and you also have the garage for an additional 2 cars! And there is a smart lock on both doors for convenient access whenever you arrive.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's secluded from neighboring houses. Behind the house is forest with a hiking trail past the back deck. Shopping and dining are close by!

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!
For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.

Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
