Your family or group can gather inside in the large kitchen and dining area with room for everyone (dining table seats 12 and there is a large kitchen island with seating for 4+) or in the expansive outdoor upper terrace or pool deck areas with plush seating and breathtaking views.

Inside Alta Bella Villa, there are over 5000 square feet of air-conditioned luxury across four distinct living spaces (every room at Alta Bella has air conditioning). This includes the Main House with 4 bedrooms, the Pool Casita, the Ocean Casita as well as our exclusive Nordic Spa with fitness center.

Take in stunning ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. After a day of adventure, relax to entertainment with an 85-inch flatscreen TV with premium surround sound Sonos system. There are also PlayStation 5 and Xbox One (with DVD player) gaming consoles, complete with a library of top-rated games. There is also an AppleTV with our shared library of nearly 1,000 movies.
Gourmet Kitchen and Dining
Our spacious kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring quartz countertops, high-end Café appliances and top quality cookware. Enjoy meals inside Alta Bella with our large dining table or our stylish island, while watching a 65-inch TV with a Sonos sound system and AppleTV as mentioned above. There is also a high tech Reverse Osmosis water purification system and a purified water dispenser.
Six Bedrooms
Six beautiful bedrooms await inside Alta Bella, with 4 bedrooms in the Main Villa as well as 2 independent Casita bedrooms. All mattresses are luxury high quality memory foam. Each bedroom has a Dohm white noise machine with complimentary sleep masks to help optimize your vacation rest and recovery.
Premier Nordic Spa Oasis
Indulge in our Nordic Spa with a 2-person Clearlight infrared sauna with red light therapy and our temperature controlled cold plunge tub. The spa also includes a fitness center with a Rogue assault bike, Peloton bike, Versaclimber, Concept 2 SkiErg, Relentless Rope, adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells and pull-up rack with bench.
