Apartament cu 2 camere, pentru maxim 4 persoane, etajul 1, fără lift, dormitoarele sunt separate + 1 baie cu cadă, duș, chiuveta și toaleta + 1 bucătărie complet utilată, coffee maker, aragaz cu cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat, frigider cu congelator. Suntem în inima orașului, la 5 minute de mers pe jos de Tomis Mall și Piata Centrala Grivița, Aproape de Judecătorie, Tribunal, Prefectura, Primărie și zona pietonala plina de restaurante care duce la Piata Ovidiu, de unde aveți doar100 de metri pana la Portul turistic Tomis, unde vă puteți bucura de multitudinea și diversitatea iahturilor, în timp ce luați masa sau doar o băutură sau o cafea la unul dintre cele 20 de restaurante, lounge, pizzerii și baruri, amplasate pe marginea apei și/sau 10 minute de mers pe jos, de Faleza cu promenada romantica a Constanței, Cazino, Acvariul ( irezistibila atracție pentru copii și adulți ), vechiul Far Genovez In Piata Ovidiu se afla Muzeul Național de Istorie, Geamia Turcească din minaretul căreia, puteți admira panorama Constantei și a Portului, Catedrala Ortodoxa, și câteva clădiri de patrimoniu splendide. Este o plajă foarte larga, fără aglomerație, cu nisip fin și fără costuri de intrare. Cu plată există doar șezlonguri și desigur băuturi, gustări etc.
