Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was walking distance from downtown (2 km or so). Difficult to find a hotel room for 5, so this was positive.
Negative: 1) Noise was terrible, you could hear buses and cars passing by well past midnight. 2) It took contacting Booking.com to get soap and shampoo, basic essentials in all accommodations. 3) We booked for 5, yet we received items for 4, but next day the issue was resolved. Most pillows were in bad shape. 4) WIFI was unusable, we were forced to use downstairs' apartment WIFI, which was weak for us. 5) Parking situation was misrepresented: "It is plenty of public parking", but property owner forgot to mention that they were "plenty" of locals trying to use them. We were lucky to find one spot after a while, but we didn't move our car fearing not being able to find another later. 6) Kitchen was uncomfortable and the lighting terrible: Lightbulb was weak and too far away from cooking area.
