Nous mettons en location notre Bell appartement à villers sur mer ! Il est situé au sein d’une résidence privée avec piscine (uniquement ouverte lors des mois de juillet et août) et place de parking privative.
L’appartement a été refait à neuf il y a quelques mois, il est en rez de jardin avec un jardin privatif de plus de 40 m2, idéal pour enfants !
Notre appartement fait environ 35m2 et est extrêmement bien optimisé et très pratique :
- 1 chambre avec lit double et armoire
- 1 salon tout équipe avec canapé, table basse, télévision, lecteur Blu-ray, bibliothèque
- 1 cuisine complète donnant dans le salon (four, lave vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramiques, micro ondes)
- 1 salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et lave linge / sèche linge
- 1 toilette avec accès au ballon d’eau chaude
- 1 belle terrasse avec table et 6 chaises en bois exotique pour vos repas en extérieur sous le soleil
