Are you from a Midwest or Northern climate? Are you tired of the long cold winters? You may want to consider moving south for a few months. We have just the place for you. Just 30 minutes south of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport in Maricopa, AZ we have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home for rent. This home is only 12 years old. The house is nicely furnished. Including a king size bed in the master and two queen beds and a double bed in the other bedrooms. Huge master bath with large oval tub and separate shower. His and her sinks and a large walk-in closet. One guest room has a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed with dresser and nightstand. The fourth bedroom/den has a desk and double bed. This home will sleep 8 people. All new kitchen furnishings. There is a 60” LCD TV in the living room and 42” LCD TV in the master bedroom. There is a large covered outdoor patio in the back yard with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Also, there are two new bikes in the garage available for use. This is a large home with 2,100 square feet. All the bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the house has ceramic tile flooring. Two car garage with remote. Come enjoy a few days or a few months in our fantastic home. This home is located in 'The Villages at Rancho Eldorado' which is a wonderful subdivision with a community pool, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts and golf course. For golfers: The Duke and Southern Dunes golf courses are both located in Maricopa and are less than 10 minutes from our home. For the gamblers: Harrah's casino is only a few minutes outside of Maricopa. For Entertainment: Near Harrah's Casino is a brand new UltraStar Multi-tainment Center that was built in November of 2012. The complex features a 12-screen state-of -the-art Pure Digital Cinema with 3D capabilities and D-BOX motion seats to Play'n Win Game Center, an advanced 24-lane bowling center, urban arena laser tag, and casual and gourmet restaurants.
