My home makes it easy for social and physical distancing with self-quarantine if you wish. Surf Casa is a very Warm and Comfortable Open Concept Home that sits right on the Sandy Beach at Baja Malibu, Rosarito, Mexico. Perfect for Large Families and Groups.
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the Baja Malibu area. My property sits in the middle, of a four mile, flat sandy beach. Due to our location, the beach won't have more than 50 people on it at one time. It is perfect for surfing, swimming and children playing. There has never been a known under tide, which makes it safe for young children to swimming and playing.
Baja Malibu home is much larger than the pictures show.

PARKING: To gain access to Baja Malibu Community, you will need a parking pass. For my home, you will have 1 Parking Pass.
I will need the First & Last Name of the Driver, & the License Plate Number of the car. Please send this information BY THE MONDAY BEFORE OUR STAY, BEFORE NOON.
If you have friends or family that will be visiting you while you are here, they will need to park up next to the Community Gate

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
I HAVE PROVIDED BEDS FOR 12 ADULTS & 4 CHILDREN. There are Premium Sheet, Comforters, Pillows, Blankets or Sleeping Bags for the number of people that are coming. (All Sleeping bags and Linens are washed after each reservation) All Bed mattresses and pillows have Protective Coverings.

OCEAN DECK:
Large Deck, 600 sq. ft, Ample seating overlooking the beach. Sand, Surf, and Sunsets.
ACTIVITIES:
So many things for the whole family to do. You will find all kinds of water sports. Surfing, Paddle Board, Kayaking, Sailing, Fishing, Swimming, Beach combing, Sand Castle Art and Sun Bathing. There are other activities that are available also. Horse Back riding, (have you ever ridden a camel?) Wine Tours, Golf, Fishing, Motorized Hang Gliding, Go Carts, & Dune Buggies here in the greater Baja Malibu area.
I have supplied inside games and outside game for the beach.
If you are looking for nightlife, I hear the place to go is Papas & Beer. It is only 3 miles to Rosarito.
AMENITIES:
There is a 56” smart TV in the Living Rm. There are many amenities. Wi-Fi, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Stove, Oven, & Refrigerator/ Freezer and a ton of small appliances.

FAMILY LOFT BEDROOM W/EN SUITE:

Sofa Bed, Queen (Sleeps 2 Adults) Fitted Sheet, Sleeping Beg, and Pillow
THE CHILDREN’S LOFT: (Sleeps 4 - 6 CHILDREN) the Loft has 2 queen size, 2”
foam toppers placed end to end. The Loft is NOT a great place for Adults
because of the amount of head room. (VERY LOW CEILING) and the mattress
are too thin to support the body weight. The Loft is perfect for children. There
is a bed light, a guard rail, and an Anchored Ladder that make it secure for
children. Of course, a loft is not a place for all children. Please look at the
photos that I have provided and use your judgement to decide if this will be
safe for your child. Fitted Sheet, Sleeping Beg, and Pillow for each person.
