This tastefully furnished three bedroom beachfront villa, with two ensuite bathrooms and one external bathroom, is located on the idyllic Brandon’s Beach, St. Michael. The interior is spacious with an airy open plan design, with double living rooms flowing into a smaller dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. There is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer near to the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is a modern style with adequate storage and a handy kitchen island cart placed in the middle. All three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, with cozy window seats and adequate closet space.
If you wish to relax or have a small private gathering, there is a charming sunroom, located on the left upon entering the living room, which is outfitted with a small bar, bar stools, lounge chairs and lovely antique furnishings.
On the outside, overlooking the beautiful garden and breathtaking ocean, there is an outdoor covered patio on the ground floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch as well as a covered roof top, decked out with a mini bar, lounge chairs and swinging seat perfect for entertaining; when decorated with bright, colorful lights this area is sure to be mesmerizing at night, as you unwind to the soothing sounds of the waves.
If you wish to sunbathe and indulge in some lazy days, there is also a garden for you to do just that!
It is off the street with a parking lot, which can hold approximately four vehicles comfortably. The owner vacations in a private cottage on property, which is separated from the main property by a gate.
