"Beach Escape" at Tidewater Beach Resort #2118 sits directly on the gulf and features all of the amenities you could ask for, along with a perfect location close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions. This nicely updated condo can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Our condo on the 21st floor has tile throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, and a washer/dryer in the unit! Balcony overlooks pool with fantastic views of the gulf and Pier Park. Sleeping accommodations include King bed in master and queen sofa sleeper in living area, along with twin hallway bunks.
*Cleanliness is a priority! We wash every blanket on every bed every time in between vacation rental guests. We take extra time to ensure everything is fresh and clean for your stay including using a laundry sanitizer, hot water, an antibacterial wash and dry cycle and professional grade detergent! *
Tidewater Beach Resort is located 1/4 mile west of Pier Park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35 plus tax resort fee. This is a ONE TIME FEE per reservation, not per day or per person. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
