No more than 12 total occupants at once if this is not reservation will be terminated with expulsion from property a $1,000 fine and you will not receive a refund. Cameras on the front of the home Camera at the back of the home camera inside the garage. all exterior cameras are recording 24/7 usually not monitored unless necessary. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.
Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
