Even fewer also boast incredible ocean views, an outdoor entertaining deck to die for, a heated private swimming pool, a fully fenced yard which means you can bring your canine with you. This is truly a remarkable property. The living space is on the first floor to capitalise those incredible ocean views. There is a designer kitchen with stone bench tops and open plan living.

The entire 2nd level is a dedicated parents retreat. With carpet throughout, a king bed, gas fire place, smart tv, walk-in-robe and en-suite with a double basin and magical ocean views from the shower.
