White Sands 449 is an incredible four bedroom, three bath 3 story condo! The living area has ample seating, a flatscreen tv, and those incredible floor to ceiling beach views! The dining area seats 7 and there’s additional seating at the eat in bar. The open concept kitchen has is fully equipped with plenty of counter space. The guest room on the main level has a queen sized bed, flatscreen tv, and a balcony with views of the Little Sabine Bay. The main level bathroom is connected to the guest bedroom and hallway. The 3rd fl master has a queen sized bed, flatscreen tv, ensuite bath and large balcony with views of Little Sabine Bay. Another bedroom on the 3rd floor sports two full size beds and opens to a beach front balcony! Last but not least, there’s a another beach front bedroom with two twins and balcony access.
