Positive: The villa was lovely and the location was very convenient to the town.
Negative: The cleaning was not good. Upon arrival there was a disgusting stain on the master bedroom bedspread. It appeared to be bodily fluids. I immediately contacted the property management number and was told it would be replaced. Much later I got a call from the cleaning person who told me the stain was not there when they left and that they had pictures. Basically accusing me of lying. Why would I have? I did however send my pictures to the property management person. I of course removed the spread but a new one was not delivered till the following night. Besides the cleanliness, your villa is nice.
Summary: Lovely villa - however owners need to consider a new cleaning crew.
