32 Forest Hills is a stunning two-storey, two-bedroom townhouse located in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf & Country Club. It was renovated a few years ago and still has all of it's original Caribbean-colonial style charm. The property is accentuated with beautiful coral stone finishes, decorative arched windows and doorways, a vaulted ceiling, with fans and beautiful furniture to complete the homely feel. The 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea from the large windows makes this is a very special house indeed.
On the ground level, you will find the powder room/guest toilet and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has been extended to incorporate a seating area with sofa and chairs, a dressing table with mirror and stool. The sofa bed will allow you to sleep an additional 2 people if need be.
The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a King size double on request, with plenty storage for clothes. Both bedrooms have new air conditioning units, en-suite dressing rooms and bathrooms, and a private terrace, that opens directly on to the stunning manicured lawns and gardens.
On the first floor, you will be greeted by a large open plan lounge and dining room, with an adjoining refurbished kitchen which has white quartz worktops, a breakfast bar and four comfortable bar stools. Sit and relax in the sitting room, which has TV, Internet, WIFI, and a Sonos sound system, or sit outside on the covered patio area where you will have a picturesque view of the shimmering Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy your cocktails whilst sitting on the comfy outdoor sofa's and choose to dine outside alfresco on the patio if you so wish.
Guests will have exclusive access to the Forest Hills ‘award winning’ pool, as well as Royal Westmoreland's Club House, and Rum Shack. Guests will also receive complimentary sun-bed passes for the nearby Royal Pavilion Beach Club, where you can enjoy the white sandy beach and crystal clear water before a spot of lunch in the beach front restaurant. Several water sports options are also readily available, and the beach staff will help to co-ordinate these for you. ( local rates will apply for this )
