This beautiful contemporary house of 170 m2, fully renovated, can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Enjoy all modern comfort: large living area with dining room, lounge and fully equipped open kitchen, all overlooking a garden with swimming pool, open from 1st May to 28th September
On the ground floor, in addition to this spacious living room, you will find a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with an Italian-style shower, an office, a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee machine, kitchen accessories, toaster...
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double beds and an office with a good quality sofa bed. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The double beds can be separated to form single beds.
Outside are the swimming pool, the garden lounge with parasol, barbecue.
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to amenities: line 3 of the tram and other bus lines to reach the city centre in less than 15 minutes are located 700m away, as are various shops (supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy...). At the end of the street is the Gaudinière park, ideal for enjoying the coolness of century-old trees.
