This Four-Star single-story home is located in Crescent Lakes, a well-established, mature, well-landscaped subdivision in Kissimmee just minutes from local shopping. Crescent Lakes has Children's Parks, Basketball Hoops, Tennis courts, and lots of Lakes to fish, full of Bass and Catfish. You are just a 20-minute drive to the Disney area and 30 minutes to Universal Studios. It is around a 40-minute drive to the Florida Mall. It is an easy route to the Beach on 528 Beach Line Road and equally easy to plan a trip to the Tampa/St Petersburg Beach area and Busch Gardens. Restaurants, Banks, and a local Walmart Supermarket are just minutes away
Vacation Home-away-from-Home is located in a very quiet private community. The Pool is very large and gives plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy; the pool deepens from 3ft to 5 ft The Pool Deck has a covered Lanai ensuring that you can sit outside in any weather. The Family Room has a large screen TV with DVD, Video and lots of DVDs; a collection of books to read. The home has 4 bedrooms, consisting of 1 King Master, 2 Twin Bedrooms, and 1 Queen Room, all with Cable LED TVs. Master Bedroom also features a Flat Screen HDTV. The villa has an open-style concept with an eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar. The home can be offered as pet friendly with owner agreement.
The Master bathroom has a private door to the pool area. There is a big sliding door leading to the pool as well. Whether you are in the living area or cooking in the kitchen you will always have a view of the clean blue pool water.
Master Bath has a nice treat for after a long day out - garden bath :-). A large walk-in closet, stand-up shower, private toilet, and double sink (his and hers) is all for you to enjoy.
This home has Cushioned Sun Loungers by the Pool and a Table with 6 Chairs. Laundry is convenient to one side of the kitchen area. There is a large table in the kitchen perfect for hosting family dinners. The Kitchen has a full-size Range, Microwave, side-by-side Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Coffee Maker, Cordless Kettle, and a range of equipment. There is plenty of storage and a Pantry.
NOTE: All vacation homes are self-catering. Paper products and toiletries are not provided (only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and hand soap to start your holiday).

IMPORTANT NOTICE! Parking is available for up to 3 cars only! Street parking is not allowed from 11 pm to 7 am. No parking on the Apron of the Driveway. The garage can hold up to 1 car. Please do not park on the lawn, do not block the sidewalk. No RVs, no trailers, no boats, no jet skis, no commercial vehicles.
Community and the City have Very Strict Trash/Recycling rules. All residents (even short-term) MUST Follow these rules to avoid citations.
