Beautiful Forest Hideaway - Hot Tub, Trees, Views and Privacy | House in Cazadero

4 Bedroom House in Cazadero
Baumhaus is the German word for treehouse - and that's what it feels like when you're at Baumhaus - looking through the windows or off the deck into the incredible redwood trees. The original cabin (upper level) is traditional, striking, cedar Lincoln log construction while the lower level with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and another living room were added later. An exterior staircase carries you from the upper deck to the lower deck where you'll love lounging, BBQ-ing , dining outside, and soaking in the hot tub!
There are so many spaces to gather with friends and family - inside and outside. The cozy upstairs living room features a woodstove and dining area closest to the kitchen. The downstairs living room includes a flat screen TV with Roku and ample seating. And when the weather is good, you'll want to be outside! Surprisingly, Baumhaus gets more sun than most homes in the redwood forest. Not to mention the perfect space for stargazing! You'll love the sense of serenity and connection to nature during your stay.

There are exterior stairs to the lower level of the house with the other two bedrooms, full bathroom and common area. There are not interior stairs between the two levels. Please view the floorplan for greater details.
Fencing: None of the yard is fenced but the upper and lower decks on the back of the house are enclosed.
Common Amenities not included: This house provides YouTubeTV, Roku and Chromecast instead of traditional cable TV service.
Proximity to wineries: There are several tasting rooms in downtown Guerneville (8.4 miles from the house) and more than you can count in a short driving distance.
