Welcome to your own garden-level floor of a classic Atlanta apartment, recently renovated with a brand-new bathroom, kitchen and appliances, central heat and AC, laundry and a garden tub in master bathroom! There is a 35 inch TV with Netflix and a Roku box.

The Kitchen has two breakfast bar stools perfect for dinning. Fully stocked kitchen, new pots, pans, utensils and spices, and coffee maker. Bedroom is furnish with a queen bed super comfy mattress and is suitable for grownups of any size, perfect for a couple, business travel, and more.
Living room seat up to 4 people, and air mattress sleep up to three people. Air mattress bed has a 180 lb. weight limit. Private full bath enclosed with garden tub.
