Welcome to Blue Moon! This exceptional 2231 sq ft canal home is located on a double cul-de-sac lot in Isla Del Sol on Galveston's West End. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an abundance of outdoor entertaining space with plenty of seating for all of your guests.
Don't forget to bring your fishing poles! You can fish right off the extended dock, equipped with both underwater and overhead fishing lights, perfect for night fishing! Additional features include a boat dock and slip, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, charcoal and propane grills, full size washer and dryer, and two refrigerators. Don't forget about the shaded 'palapa' on the upper deck for outdoor dining, or simply enjoying a morning coffee with a view.
Notes: Boat slip is available, no access to electronic lift. Propane for the grill is supplied by renters, please refill the tank after use; Charcoal grill also provided.
Blue moon is dog friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. There is an additional $100 non refundable pet fee per dog. These fees can be added at any time after booking.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; No garage access; Outdoor shower with Hot & Cold; Multiple tables and seating for outdoor dining, built in bar top overlooking the water, boat slip, large dock for fishing, spot lights and underwater fishing lights.
Main Level: Large, partially covered deck with palapa and outdoor seating. Living room large enough for the whole family and a pull out Queen size sleeper sofa. Fabulous kitchen with attached dining area, and over-sized island with flat cook-top. Off the kitchen area is the first bedroom with a King size bed, TV and a view of the canal. Shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway or kitchen. Bedroom two has a Twin daybed with a pull out trundle, and TV. Bedroom three has a Queen bed, and TV. Large hallway closet with extra blankets, pillows, and storage. Master suite with a King size canopy bed, private large bathroom with a walk in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Additional mud room with side exterior stair case access, features an extra refrigerator, washer / dryer, counter-top folding area with sink, and full bathroom with a stand up shower only.
Location: 7-10 minute walk to the beach or 2 minute drive; 9 mile drive to 61st Street; 12.2 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 8.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island.
