The Space:
On the first floor you are greeted with two bedrooms and a hall bathroom. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen sized bed with a twin sized sleeper sofa bed. The common television room has a sleeper sofa bed for additional sleeping for two.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the main living space featuring an open floor concept with tons of natural lighting beaming in through the large dining and living rooms windows. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch that offers plenty of seating where you can watch cable tv or streaming services on the 60 inch flat screen tv mounted on the wall. As you enter the kitchen, you are met with an oversized island with additional seating and fully stocked cabinets and drawers with cooking essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker. The unique hand-carved wooden dining table accommodates 8. Right off the kitchen is a spacious washer and dryer room to keep your clothes clean and organized on vacation. Down the hallway, in the Master bedroom with ensuite you will find a king sized bed and television for your comfort. In the attached bathroom you have a grand walk-in shower and a deep bath tub to soak in after a long active day fishing. The master bedroom also boasts a private balcony. Across the hallway, the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a television, as well as plenty of closet space to hang your clothes.
On the third level of the home are two bedrooms, with a connecting bathroom making it easy access from both bedrooms. In each room you have a set of bunk beds; the first set is a twin over two twin beds and the other room has a full over full bunk bed.
This home offers wireless internet for staying connected! Pets are allowed! Non-refundable pet fee is $125. 2 pets max and must be small to medium sizes. Unsupervised pets MUST be kenneled!
Winter Texan stays allowed at a monthly rate during November - February.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
