Very quiet location, nestled in the heart of a picturesque and charming little Burgundian village, very typical, on the edge of a peaceful little alleyway, a stone's throw from a bucolic tree-lined square, the epicenter of this "mini village" where friendly games of pétanque are played in the shade of the plane trees! In rolling countryside (partly protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for the quality of its rich ecosystem), nestled beneath the gently wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif (a vast, wild forest massif with superb panoramic viewpoints, perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking), very close to the first vineyards, nestled in a peaceful, unspoiled setting, alternating fields, vineyards, forests, and meadows. Magnificent sites and landscapes to discover in the surrounding area. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Warm, country character combining a "neo-rustic" ambiance with a contemporary feel, featuring a sheltered panoramic balcony offering a lovely unobstructed view of the hamlet.
