Greenleaf Villa is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in Williams Town, Little Exuma. It is a 7 minute drive to world famous Tropic of Cancer Beach and offers complete privacy. If you are looking to unwind and destress….this setting is perfect. The villa is divided into 2 separate units which can either accommodate one large group or two families allowing for each to have their own accommodations. One unit has a full kitchen, 2 Queen bedrooms, one bathroom and a large family room with pull-out sofa bed. The other unit is a “bachelor” style layout offering one Queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom.
William’s Town is the southernmost settlement on Little Exuma. This quaint town is best known for its ruins of a former plantation home and its proximity to Exuma’s most stunning and longest beach on the island – Tropic of Cancer. Enjoy watching local fishermen bringing in their catches and check out the Salt Beacon located on Queens Highway. This 30’ tall structure was built in the 18th century to help guide ships to the salt port. This location would be of particular interest to Bone Fishing enthusiasts. Located 5 minutes from some of the world’s best bone-fishing flats.
