Summary: Our host, Patty, was extremely good at communication from the start to the checkout. We had a power outage, which is typical for the Abaco's, but the generator kicked right in and went off automatically when the power was restored. We did not miss a beat as Patty assured us it would not last long, and it did not. I must say, the pictures in the listing do not do it justice. Such a beautiful home. Everything was like moving into a new home, which it is. I cannot think of a single thing that we needed or wanted that was not found. It seems Patty has it organized where things can be found when cooking or getting ready for the beach. The electric shutters were nice for those that wanted to sleep in (our kids). But I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the beach and sunrise. After walking the beach, it seems this location has the best area for swimming for smaller children. You may walk out several hundred yards at low tide in 2 1/2 ft of water. It was especially nice for our six year old. There are a lot of nice houses to rent in the Abaco's but this one stands out above the rest. We would not hesitate to rent again.
