Positive: New property.
Negative: This a nice new build property which has been poorly equipped. We had to chase for arrival information, there was no house manual, no instructions for garbage disposal and we never received any leaving instructions. The property is advertised for 8 adults, but did not make provision for 8, in particular, • There was insufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8 people. • What crockery there was, was mismatched and some plates had chips. The cutlery was collection of odds and ends, and there were only 3 large and 3 small drinking glasses. • 2 frying pans were in unusable condition and a third did work with the induction hob. • All the towels were threadbare and need immediate replacement. • All the pillows were uncomfortable and 2 of the bed mattresses need replacing. Before writing this review, all these points were raised twice with the property manager for comment, but the manager has not responded. You can draw your own conclusions regarding the management of the property. We felt that this property is overpriced for what is offered and we could not recommend anyone to rent this property without substantial improvements being implemented.
Summary: Very disappointing, the standard of the equipment provided was well below expectation.
