Not only is this house ideal for those travelling with kids, it’s a great location central to two new shopping centres (Kingston Village Square or Ocean Grove Marketplace), with lots of parks and amenities close by, and it’s only a 5km drive to the beach!

Set up to sleep up to 11 guests in spacious surrounds, a generous floor plan provides space for everyone, both for lively communal gatherings and chill-out zones. Two lower level living zones, plus an upstairs lounge, offer guests different comfy couches to watch TV and Netflix (connect to your own account) or enjoy conversation and games (some board games & toys will be provided).
An impressive outdoor covered entertaining deck with a BBQ will help you make the most of sunshine and shade, with the big backyard a highlight of this property (including Funky Monkey Bars, trampoline & basketball ring – use at your own risk). The yard is fully fenced with heaps of room for the most active children to run and play.
With a seamless connection to the outdoors, you will enjoy meals at the dining table for 10, before sprawling out onto the deck with a drink in-hand, reflecting on long days spent at the beach and exploring the region...
The main lounge room has a huge couch for the whole crew, comfy and inviting to curl up and watch movies or read books. Ducted heating & evaporative cooling, plus a woodfire, provide climate comfort. The stunning central kitchen is modern and stylish, with stainless steel appliances including a 900mm oven & gas hob, plus a coffee machine to get each day started, the right way... Kids crockery & cups are also available, with 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
A play room (at the front of the house) is a great chill-out zone, with carpeted floor, bean bags and a desk. Upstairs offers a 3rd living zone, perfect as a children’s/teenager’s retreat. It has a 5-seater leather lounge, TV (with Telstra TV box & Netflix connectivity), plus a collection of DVD’s to suit kids to tweens.
This level has 4 bedrooms. A large Master suite enjoys afternoon sunsets to the west, with a Queen bed, TV (free to air channels), ceiling fan, walk-in robe/dressing room & en-suite (double stone vanity, large shower, Tastic heater & separate toilet).
The three other bedrooms include a Double and 2 Single Beds (both singles have spare mattresses underneath – please specify at the time of booking if linen is required). Distant ocean views & the occasional passing ship can be seen from the 2nd single room. The central bathroom has a big deep bath, shower, single vanity & separate toilet. A convenient powder room is located downstairs next to the laundry (with washing machine & dryer).
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Ocean Grove Main Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking 10 mins drive away, and is patrolled in summer months. Long beach walks are great year-round.
Barwon River caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park, Bellarine Adventure Golf and A Maze N’ Games are all within 10 minutes when a little more action is required.
Kingston Park is only 1.5km away for free family fun.

Our beach house is within walking/riding distance to reserves, shops and beaches.
Buses to and from Ocean Grove / Geelong.
Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
