San Luis Pass is renowned for fantastic fishing, boating, shelling and gorgeous beaches. Treasure Island is a quiet, family neighborhood that is close to all Galveston and Surfside has to offer but is not in the middle of the tourist crowds. Casey Shoals features a newly redone wraparound deck with great views of the bay and Gulf. The house just finished a remodel with new windows, beds, furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. 3 Lot Property partially fenced yard with space to play and park your boat. It is a short walk to a beautiful, long Texas beach! Bring your bikes and the Golf Cart! The neighborhood is perfect to let the kids roam and bike as you watch from the deck. All 4 corners of the newly replaced deck and pergolas give you shade and a good view of the neighborhood and water fronts.
Casey Shoals features a super fun atmosphere with a relaxing beach motif and designer touches! 2 bedroom, 2 bath with king bed, queen bed and 2 bunk beds (sleeps 6) - Large, open living area with dining table that is great for meals, and games. Fully furnished, with a new BIG screen TV with Disney, NetFlix, and ROKU. WIFI, gas grill, games, puzzles, videos, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have recently installed independent Zone AC units to help keep the roomscool in the Texas Summers. Large lots give open space for volleyball or baseball and parking. Large covered area and lower deck area that is great for entertaining, cooking out, and watching sunsets.
We fell in love with the area and this house because of the water views, quiet neighborhood, fishing, surfing, and ball games in the big yard - We hope you will also enjoy it.

Summary: Clean, comfortable beach house perfect for a small family. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and far from the hustle and bustle. It was so peaceful. The kitchen was well-apportioned and had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day. The owners stocked the pantry, cabinets, and fridge with thoughtful little extras, like condiments, spices, coffee, baggies, tin foil, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc. It was helpful because the nearest grocery store is 30+ min away. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and also had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the bunk room--despite all being in one room, they felt like they had their own little nooks with reading lights and partial privacy. The primary suite bedroom was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo, and conditioner. It was so nice and made the stay beyond comfortable. Outside there was plenty of seating, but they are not joking when they say bring bug spray. Bring ALL the bug spray! The mosquitos were vicious in the early evening. The walk to the beach was about ten minutes with the loaded down wagon (about 1/2 mile). Even over the holiday weekend, the beach didn't feel crowded or hectic. We spent hours walking along the shore, collecting shells. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were super nice. We highly recommend this place for any family looking for a quiet beach retreat!
