3-STEP RESERVATION PROCESS:
1. AT BOOKING- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL- Look for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY- Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. (Codes will not be active prior to 4 pm.) Upon arrival, locate the Home Binder (beside the coffee pot) to find Wifi Passwords, Amenity & Access Info, Troubleshooting Tips, etc.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
a. Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old.
b. CHECK-IN is after 4 pm / CHECKOUT is by 10 am.
c. NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit.
d. WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
e. WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
