This beautiful modern ground floor holiday apartment is located in the urbanization El Mirador in Punta Prima, less than 500 meters from the Punta Marina shopping center and about 1.5 kilometers from Punta Prima beach. The common park has a beautifully landscaped garden and is equipped with various pools.
This apartment has a spacious and beautifully furnished living room with air conditioning (cold and hot air), local TV, GOOGLE CHROMECAST UNIT FOR INTERNATIONAL CHANNELS and high speed WiFi. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, a bathroom with both shower cubicle and 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds and wardrobes.
There are 2 large terraces, one facing the communal pool which is to the south and the other on the front (street) located southwest. Both are fully equipped with furniture and there is a parking garage under the complex where you can park your car safely.
POINT PRIMA AREA
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish tourist resort on the southern Costa Blanca within about 45 minutes from two international airports Murcia and Alicante and about 10 minutes from Torrevieja. The beaches are some of the cleanest and have been awarded the blue flag status.
Punta Prima is ideal for both a short stay during your summer vacation and for a long stay in the winter and with the right facilities open all year round. For golf lovers, too, this is an earthly paradise. Punta Prima has a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine per year. The beach has a wonderful promenade with bars and restaurants.
Punta Prima is a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja. For the more energetic you can reach Torrevieja on foot, just a thirty minute walk along the coast or there is a bus service every hour to get you there.
Even just a short walk to a sandy beach or follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, this resort makes for an appealing and desirable place to enjoy your vacation. Just 10 minutes walk you will have access to a variety of cuisines including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese or Indian and numerous bars.
Punta Prima has a sandy beach. On one side where you can swim or just sunbathe, and on the other side are the stone pools that allow children to spend time looking for crabs or fish or just sit in the warm pools.
For golf lovers, too, this is an earthly paradise.
BEACHES
Opposite the complex is the beach in Rocio del Mar, which had received the blue flag and "Q" for tourist quality. Also available are the surrounding beaches and coves of: Punta Prima Beach, La Zenia Beach and Cala Ferris, including Playa Flamenca.

There are several commercial areas in the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Nearby are two major shopping malls: Zenia Boulevard on Orihuela Costa and Habaneras in Torrevieja.
There are more restaurants to choose from on the N332 such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants (including Dinastia) and several bars. For larger food shopping we recommend a trip to the hypermarket Carrefour in Torrevieja.
