This shepherd's hut at Ponsford Ponds is a luxurious, one-bedroom retreat with a en-suite shower room, a well equipped open plan kitchen and living area, plus there is also a hot tub for private use. The living area has a two-seater sofa, a 32" Smart TV, coffee table and an electric wood burner which makes the property super cosy in the winter. Outside, guests will enjoy private use of their own decked area with a 3-seater Elite hot tub and a set of rattan table and chairs.

The M5 motorway is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, the town of Cullompton is a 5-minute drive, the cathedral city of Exeter is 20 minutes, Dartmoor National Park is 50 minutes and the beaches of Exmouth and Sidmouth are 30 minutes away.
