Conveniently located 2 miles to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores on Clemson Boulevard, 15 minutes to Clemson University by car or boat and a 10 minute drive to the cute local shops and restaurants in downtown Anderson.
Also, just 15 minutes from Portman Marina by car, 10 minutes by boat and easy access to I-85, Greenville is a short 25 minute drive. We look forward to having you!
You'll love the private, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of parking available. While at home, follow the paved path from the back deck down to the dock to enjoy deep water views making it easy to tie off your boat or jet skis. From the dock be sure to swim, fish or just sit and take in the view.
This beautifully decorated home offers an inviting, roomy floor plan that easily sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath, ideal for sharing the fun with extended family and friends.
