Casa Blanca's Main House is a Spanish Colonial Style home that is perfect for large families, special events, or company retreats. It has 4 bedrooms (10 beds), 2.5 bathrooms, large living room with Roku TV, full kitchen, dining room, library/study room, and generous outdoor patios, gas grill, firepit, walking areas, dedicated parking, and free Wi-Fi. Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront, which includes a deck extending over the river, rope swing, rock patio, and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include kayaks and life vests but you need to bring your own tubes and float devices.
