Casa Praia Norte is a family home built in the 60's, Vieira family home that has now been transformed as a Local Lodging, has 4 double rooms, dining room, kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and another toilet service, all the house is surrounded by gardens.
The neighborhood is relaxing for a spectacular vacation.
All major attractions can be easily reached on foot.
Around the corner there is a wide variety of fresh fish restaurants, supermarket, bakery, cafes, cash machine, pharmacy and sports center with swimming pool and tennis court. Estela Golf Club is just 5 minutes' drive away.
Póvoa de Varzim is a fishing town that allows them to spend a few days relaxed on the beach. The city has excellent road access, and its location allows you to reach in 30 minutes to the historic cities of Porto, Braga, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo, among others.
In just 1 hour by car you can visit the main destinations in Galicia, Spain.
I like to communicate with my guests prior to their arrival in order to realize what I can do to enhance their stay.
Check-in staff is my mother Deolinda and Abel, and throughout the stay they will be on hand to assist you with anything you might need.

Please leave the house as you found it: take the trash and put in the right place, turn off all lights and appliances and close the windows.
Upon your arrival and to stay in the House, I will ask for some personal data of each host, in order to communicate to the Immigration and Borders Service (SEF), is the law in Portugal.
This obligation applies to undertakings operating hotel establishments, as well as those which provide accommodation to foreign nationals, including nationals of other Member States of the European Union.
Any damages that may possibly be suffered, furniture, appliances, clothes, etc. must be presented to the responsible of the house, everything is resolved speaking in good faith, if they are not, we will contact Homeaway Assistance to trigger the deposit and respective payment of damage
Surcharge:
Check-in after 21:00 has an extra cost of 15,00 € and always on request.
Extra visitors are welcome if you still have within the maximum capacity of the house which are 8 people and has a supplement cost of € 15.00 per person per night and should always inform Casa Praia Norte.
The house has no heating, however, we have 2 oil heaters which has an additional charge of € 3 per day and per heater, payable directly on delivery of the heater.
In case of loss of the house keys, or leave the keys in the lock, implies a cost of 50.00 €.
Only bed linen is changed / delivered for stays of more than 7 nights and at guests' request.
Babies up to 2 years old have no taxes and costs, above 2 years the supplement / rate / night is payable as an adult.
