Seasoned boaters can rent a 21 to 24-foot private boat or jet skis for the day, partial week, or full week. The dock is also ideal for your pick up by your charter excursion operations for deep sea fishing and snorkel trips to Stingray City.

The villa boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also bring in your own private chef if desired. There is a drip and Keurig coffee pot for your morning brew. The kitchen also has a Google Nest Hub Smart Display. An outdoor gas BBQ grill is also included.
