Summary: Great house in a great new neighborhood. It was immaculate when we arrived. Only three things really, the yard has two giant fire ant hills and needs to be groomed, the "double couch bed" is about the size of a chase lounge so seating for the communal time as listed left a lot to be wanted, and there's not a single Queen sized bed in the place. My wife said something about the bed sizes so I decided to measure, and yep, every single bed save the top of the bunk bed (twin) was 54x75 (Full Size Bed) and NOT the 60x80 that is a Queen sized bed. Yep, I keep tools including measuring tape in my truck.
