Keepers Cottages are delighted to offer Chalet No. 53, located in the wonderful Kingsdown holiday park. The holiday park is just minutes from the beach in Kingsdown and benefits from an indoor pool, tennis court and playground. This chalet has been lovingly renovated by its owners to give it a comfortable and welcoming feel. Sleeping four people comfortably or six people with the use of the sofa bed, Chalet No. 53 would be perfect for families with children or small groups of friends.

Entrance is on the ground floor. At the front of the Chalet, there is a lovely sunny decked area with two sun loungers, a table and chairs to seat four people comfortably and a BBQ.

A bright and spacious reception room with comfortable sofas (which also turn into a sofa bed to sleep an extra two people), a TV and wonderful doors out into the holiday park.
Kitchen
A very well equipped kitchen which has everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen has doors out into a lovely enclosed patio area.

At the back of the chalet, there is a lovely enclosed decked area with plenty of comfortable seating and round tables. The perfect place to sit and relax after a day at the beach.

Just off the kitchen, there is a cosy dining area with seating for four people.

A bright and comfortable double bedroom on the ground floor, with doors out onto the patio area.
Family bathroom
The family bathroom has a large shower, handbasin and WC.
