Close to Cognac and its golf course, home / round wooden chalet (Rantasalmi manufacturer Ekorex system) on nice rectangular plot of 1 hectare. Living, Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet. Deck, small house in rubble with fireplace and barbecue, natural swimming. Sufficient parking on site.
Facilities: Furnished and equipped, table / chairs / cupboards, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fire extinguisher, washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooking (in bottle provided), TV (TNT), internet access, cot and highchair .
Garden furniture.
Sleeping and storage: 1 large double bed (king size 180 * 200 cm, mattress in one piece) in the great room upstairs mezzanine + 1 double bed (140 * 200 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm) down, another one smaller bedroom downstairs with 1 double bed (140 * 200 cm). Pillows and duvets. Cabinets and storage bins are available.
Plot: Every hectare is fenced. The southern part / Lower contains the house and garden type, northern part / Haute is near / plantation types. The northern part is a protected Natura 2000 area, in the morning you sometimes have the chance to see deer looking towards the little wood.
Goalkeepers: A couple keeps the house and maintains the field. He stayed in the mobile home away from home.
Games: There is a large (430 cm) trampoline with safety net.
Barbecue and open fire: In the Maisonette in rubble are a fireplace and a barbecue available to tenants. Charcoal is sold in the supermarket.
