**This is my personal home, so there will be some personal belongs in the cupboards and storage during your stay.**

- Since it is an older home, there is some settling near the dining room window causing uneven flooring in a spot. This has been professionally inspected and comes with the age of the home, but is completely safe!
- Large wall mounted A/C unit in the dining room that cools the home. No central AC vents.
