The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew is 10pm.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
We do require all adult guests to be over 25 years of age. 18-24 year olds welcome if travelling with a multi-generational family group.
BALCONY
Please note for those sensitive to dust - there is a tree beside this apartment which causes the balcony to become dusty particularly when it's windy. The dust will flow inside when the balcony doors are open.
EXTRA SERVICES:

ON SITE PARKING: There is one car park allocated to this apartment which is accessed via a car stacker. You MUST be inducted to use the car stacker. There is a $55 fee to be inducted and agreement to sign.

There are also vehicle size restrictions. Vehicles must be less than 1.7m high and weigh less than 2 tonnes.
If you have a larger car please reach out as there is one larger car space available, but is shared with other apartments in the complex.
STREET PARKING - there is time limited parking on Salisbury St and FREE UNLIMITED parking on Primrose or McPherson St which is only 140m behind the property.
HOUSE RULES: We are Superhosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and create beautiful memories. For us to do so, we appreciate if you can follow the house rules.
SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking is allowed in or on the premises.
PETS: Sorry, not pets allowed at the property.
PARTIES: We have a no party policy at the property, however we understand that families and friends will be gathering to celebrate events, share food and have a few drinks together. Please just respect the home and the neighbours by keeping noise low and taking care of the property as if it was your own.
