Summary: Seriously, we liked this property, however, we would have enjoyed our stay more if it was only me & hubby. The cabin itself is an o.k. size, but with some minor design flaws. Luckily, we were busy during the day, as the outdoor yard and BBQ area were NOT kid friendly. We took several photos which we have passed onto the owner and there were other issues we communicated, so, hopefully he will take them on board for future guests. It was very difficult to apply the star ratings for this property and we may return, minus the granddaughter. The main positive is that we will be adding this Host to our favourites. We can't fault his communication and willingness to help. A simple case of the right Host, the wrong property in this case. An afterthought - the parking is not ideal if you have a large 4WD like our Toyota Hilux. The driveway lighting is non-existent. Hubby is an excellent reverser and his vehicle has a reversing camera. He got frustrated, but Liv & I had a good laugh at the amount of times he had to stop and straighten up reversing out about 6:30pm. The bed in the main bedroom was SUPER COMFY (for us anyway)!! Great sleep both nights.
