You can watch the big game on the huge tv in the living room where you will find glass sliders that open up to a huge observation deck where you can bbq, relax and take in beautiful bay and mangrove views. From the deck, you can stroll downstairs where you will find the property boasts a tropical oasis backyard fire pit, topiary style gardens, pergola, 12-by-24-foot in-ground pool, outdoor shower and 22-by-38-foot composite deck. The grounds are completely fenced in and boarded by old Chicago pavers that continue with the upper level to carry the same relaxed and laid-back feel throughout the entire property.
The location is a dream for any water sport enthusiast, whether it’s boating, fishing, kayaking or shelling. The boater in you will love the 110-foot dock and large stainless steel fish cleaning station, that easily docks a 42-foot center console or a 50-foot sport fish with deepwater. Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great beaches and fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are.
