With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed in this adorable property is perfect for a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 6 guests including children. Minimum stay 30 days. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, washer dryer machines, heating, AC, and more. The 2.5 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer and bathtub for addition convenience. HOUSE RULES:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect the rules set by the property owner, we kindly ask you to review and follow the following guidelines.
** No pets are permitted at any time during your stay
** Association mandates “QUIET TIME” from 10:00pm - 8:30am
** Absolutely no parties or large gathering at any time
** No smoking inside the premises. Extra charge will be applied if our cleaner detects the smell of smoke
** Any stubborn stains (that cannot be washed) on bed sheets, comforters, towels, sofa... will require an additional fee to purchase new ones
** Cleaning fee $250 each stay
** Extra guest fee $100each/night
** Please do not use towels as mats or throw them on the floor
** Security cameras are on premises entry, front and back yard
** Use, or distribute of illegal substances, including drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises. Extra charge will be applied as guests reservation will be canceled without refund

-Second Bedroom - Like new full bedroom set (mattress, pillows, comforter, and sheets)
-Third Bedroom - Like new queen bedroom set (mattress, pillows, comforter, and sheets)
-Master Bathroom - Standing shower and bathtub . Blow hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash, and lotion are provided for your convenience.
-Second Bathroom - Shower/bathtub. Blow hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion are provided.
-Third half Bathroom (downstairs) - powder room.
LIVING ROOM:
The charming living room feature with modern sofa and a 65” UHD TV - perfect for your relaxation during your stay (Netflix and cable streaming TV is free)
KITCHEN;
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances (microwave, air fryer, toaster, 8-cup coffee maker, Ninja blender, kettle and cookware sets, utensils and more) making it easy to preparing meals.
LAUNDRY:
An iron and ironing pad blanket, washer and dryer are on second floor.
BACKYARD:
A quaint backyard equipped with propane 3 burner BBQ.
GUEST ACCESS;
No garage access.
2 cars park on driveway.
No parking on any of GUEST PARKING spot in entire community at any time (those are reserved for your guests if any).
