On the corner of the property, they renovated a pretty stone house overlooking the street with the aim of preserving this heritage. It should be noted that it is located 200m from the St Vigor Abbey, listed as a Historic Monument. Thus, the timber framing and the magnificent old staircase with its imperfect steps give this house a beautiful authenticity. The rear of the house opens directly onto the property's shaded park.
