Ground floor: large kitchen opening onto a terrace, 40m² dining room, living room with television. Free indoor WIFI access (5MB) via secure gate. Separate toilet. Shower room. Access to the upper floor is via a gentle miller's staircase. Upstairs: bathroom (bath, shower) with toilet, bedroom 1: 1 160 bed and 1 90 bed, bedroom 2: 1 160 bed and 1 90 bed, bedroom 3: 1 140 bed, bedroom 4: 4 90 beds. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no rooms on the ground floor). Large terrace and enclosed garden of 800 m², along the mill race, with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, portico. Large parking lot.

When arriving, do not enter the courtyard but go around the building on the right, the gîte is at the end along the river.
