Can Bosc is a delightful stone-built villa with a private pool situated just outside the ancient town of Pollensa (800 m/15 minutes walk) that provides a quiet location with stunning views of the famous Puig de Maria. Set over one floor with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms the villa accommodates 6 guests. Inside there is a lovely mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furnishings, as well as many unique, handmade fixtures and fittings. The tastefully fitted kitchen is well equipped and benefits from exposed beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access out to the covered terrace, it also has a pretty wooden breakfast table and chairs. The dining room, again with beamed ceilings has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier, an archway with columns leads to the bright, sunny lounge featuring a huge picture window that beautifully frames the wonderful views. There is a double bedroom with traditional stone tiled floors with an en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms that share a large family bathroom plus an additional guest toilet. Large glass doors lead out from the lounge to the fabulous, wrap-around covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxation, and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and features a waterfall effect for further enjoyment. Can Bosc is perfect for families to enjoy outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun whilst also providing amazing views and easy access to the amenities and attractions of Old Town Pollensa!
