Summary: This resort did not meet our expectations. We had a ground floor with a patio. The location was excellent and the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. However the chairs were placed awkwardly right in front of the door to the patio. There was no bedside table on one side even though there was lots of room for one. There was inadequate lighting in the room- only one ceiling light and one small lamp. It was impossible to read after dark. The TV did not work but we were awakened at 2 AM by a bright flashing light on the cable box. The pool was open but rather chilly and the hot tub was not working. We still had to pay the full resort fee even though none of the activities were operational at this time of year. The food was excellent and the waitresses ( Allison and Cathy) were too! So all in all, not quite what we expected for the price. More attention to detail is required.
