Summary: We had a disappointing stay. The staff were nice and the bed was comfy but beyond that unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. There is no spa, no restaurant, no coffee bar, no free beach shuttle, despite all being listed as amenities. We were able to borrow bikes but it took 45 minutes despite us asking the night before as they all needed maintenance work doing to them. We also had a negative experience with some neighbouring guests who had loud music blaring until 1:30am, as well as running around shouting and banging on other doors. When we raised this as midnight over text we did not get a reply from anyone, and the next morning we did not receive apology of any sorts and the owner tried to justify by informing us that they were college students. We didn’t feel this was appropriate given there were other guests staying. The place has potential to be a good stay, but it needs to alter the listing to be accurate to what is available, and the staff need to take guest satisfaction a little more seriously.
